SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped within one business day (M-F) via UPS or USPS providing that the item(s) ordered are in stock. Orders over $100 being shipped to the continental U.S. (excluding some sale items) will receive free shipping. Orders under $100 to the continental U.S. will have a flat shipping rate of $10. We are happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories but given the wide range of shipping costs for these areas, we ask that customers please call us at 541.389.4688 to get a shipping quote.

 

RETURNS

We want you to love your shoes so try them on and make sure they feel good (in a clean space indoors and with socks). If they don’t feel right, send them back or bring them into the store and if they are still in brand new condition, we will exchange them for something that feels better or refund your money. We appreciate all returns being made within 30 days of purchase so we can restock them while they're still in fashion! We will honor each brand's warranty against manufacturer defects, per their guidelines. Please call us at 541-389-4688 for a return shipping label if you feel you have received defective product. 

 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

You can either bring the product(s) back to the store or send it back to us at your expense.

If you want to send it back to us:

  • Place the item(s) you want to return/exchange back in the shipping box they came in along with a note including:

- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- The reason for the return.
- Your wishes for either an exchange or refund.
- A copy of your online order invoice.

  • Send them via UPS or USPS to:

If you are sending shoes back please put them in the shoe box they came in and then put the shoe box in the shipping box.  PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SHOE BOX AS THE SHIPPING BOX.  IF YOU JUST TAPE UP THE SHOE BOX AND SEND IT BACK TO US WE WON'T BE ABLE TO ISSUE YOUR REFUND BECAUSE WE CAN'T RESELL THAT SHOE TO SOMEONE ELSE. We need that shoe box in as good condition as the shoes you’re sending back!

Once we receive it, we will process your return and be in touch with any questions or otherwise will notify you of your refund via email.  It can take up to another 7 days to show up on your statement.
