SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped within one business day (M-F) via UPS or USPS providing that the item(s) ordered are in stock. Overs over $50 will receive free shipping (except Alaska and Hawaii). Orders under $50 will have a flat shipping rate of $10. Customers wishing to ship to Alaska or Hawaii should please call us at 541.389.4688 to get a shipping quote. 

 

RETURNS

Modified Returns Policy – COVID 19: Due to our temporary store closure and the disruption caused by the COVID-19 impact, Birkenstock/Bend Shoe co is extending our returns and exchange policy from 30 days to 90 days from the date of purchase to allow flexibility for our customers in returning. This applies to in-store and online purchases.

We want you to love your shoes so try them on and make sure they feel good (in a clean space and with socks). If they don’t feel right send them back or bring them into the store and we will exchange them for something that feels better or refund your money. 


We appreciate all returns being made within a month of purchase so we can restock them while they're still in fashion! We will honor each brand's warranty against manufacturer defects, per their guidelines.  

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

You can either bring the product(s) back to the store or send it back to us. If you send it back to us, we’ll pay for the shipping unless you are mailing it from outside the 48 continental United States

If you want to bring your exchange or return to the store:

  • Just come on in!

If you want to mail it back to us:

  • Email our store manager at [email protected] or call (541)-389-4688 
  • Let us know your order#.
  • If you want a refund or exchange.
  • Which item(s) you want to return or exchange.
  • If you want to exchange, what item do you want to exchange for?
  • Within one business day, if not sooner, we’ll email you a Return Authorization and a pre-paid UPS shipping label.
  • Place the item(s) you want to return/exchange back in the shipping box they came in along with a copy of your return authorization email.  If you are sending shoes back please put them in the shoe box they came in and then put the shoe box in the shipping box.  PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SHOE BOX AS THE SHIPPING BOX.  IF YOU JUST TAPE UP THE SHOE BOX AND SEND IT BACK TO US WE WON'T BE ABLE TO ISSUE YOUR REFUND BECAUSE WE CAN'T RESELL THAT SHOE TO SOMEONE ELSE!
  • Tape the SHIPPING BOX closed.
  • Stick or tape the return label we sent to you on top of the shipping label already on the box.  The return label goes on the brown shipping box.  Make sure the barcode is visible and can be scanned by UPS.  We need that shoe box in as good condition as the shoes you’re sending back!
  • Write your Return Authorization # on the outside of the box.
  • Drop the box off at your nearest UPS store or drop box.
  • It takes somewhere between 3 and 5 business days for UPS to get your return back to us.  Once we receive it, we will process your return and credit your credit card for the purchase amount.  We will notify you of this via email.  It can take up to another 7 days to show up on your statement.
